Shane Molyneaux obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa and has been practising exclusively in the area of Canadian immigration and refugee law since 1997. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia and a member of the Canadian Bar Association Immigration and Refugee Sections.Shane is an experienced immigration lawyer who has a thorough background in many areas of immigration and refugee law including family immigration, economic immigration, appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division and refugee claims.
